Leading the entire B2B product direction, reporting directly to the CTO. Took the product from zero to MVP in 4 months — now at 300+ clients. Built delivery processes from scratch: scrum, sprint goals, sprint reporting. Tracking and improving delivery and quality metrics, building a product metrics tree.

Rebuilt infrastructure teams after a round of layoffs: merged overlapping areas, rebalanced workload, tracked team health and retained key people. Main focus — reducing costs after migrating to a new cloud provider. Participated in an external audit and ran an internal one.

Led product development teams — between 3 and 11 teams at a time. Built cross-team processes from scratch: reduced lead time from 90+ days to a stable 30±5, improved estimation accuracy from 30% to 90%. Launched a domain-wide tech debt process. Defined technical strategy, designed architecture, mentored developers, took part in hiring. Spoke at conferences.

Led development and launched an external order fulfillment product — merchants (stores, restaurants) now pick orders themselves, without SberMarket's own pickers. This reduced operational staffing costs significantly. Set product direction, kept track of timelines and quality.

Worked on the SberMarket platform: optimized bottlenecks, fixed bugs, built new features.

Built a training product for Yandex.Eats couriers. Wrote a lead flow management system and several courier registration flows.

Developed the ServiceGuru LMS: worked with legacy code, upgraded the framework, wrote tests (RSpec, TDD), automated API documentation. Optimized database queries, fixed memory leaks, built a Telegram bot for admins.

Developed and maintained university information systems. Refactoring, optimization, system integration via API. Main stack — Ruby on Rails, some projects as SPAs with Rails as the backend.
