  • Led infrastructure: 5 teams, 5 team leads reporting directly, about 25 people in total.
  • Rebuilt the infrastructure teams after a round of cuts: merged adjacent areas, rebalanced workload, retained key people.
  • Led the infrastructure migration from Yandex Cloud to Cloud.ru to keep spend within the Sber ecosystem.
  • Ran the internal information security and infrastructure audit and took part in the external one.

  • Led development at a company with 1,000+ employees: 3 to 11 teams at a time, with 11 team leads reporting directly at peak.
  • Cut lead time from 90+ days to a stable 30±5 and raised estimation accuracy from 30% to 90%.
  • Set up and enforced status and deadline discipline: it made the process transparent, transparency exposed the bottlenecks (idle time in testing, blockers from internal and external teams), and fixing them moved the metrics. Separated internal issues from external dependencies.
  • Together with adjacent teams, built a self-service tool for checking API integrations: testers and developers stopped spending time on manual checks.
  • Introduced a unified tech-debt process across the domain.
  • Owned tech strategy and architecture, mentored engineers, took part in hiring, spoke at conferences.
